Q: HOW DO I CHANGE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Once you have logged in to the website you can change your personal information by clicking on the icon of a person in the upper right corner to access My Account. Under My Account, you will be able to access your personal information including your name, billing addresses, courses, and order history.
Q: WHEN DOES MY ACCESS TO THE ONLINE CONTENT EXPIRE?
You can access your purchases for 5 years from the date of purchase. You are free to download the Excel models / Adobe files during this time. You may not download the videos. An active internet connection is required to view online videos.
Q: CAN I DOWNLOAD THE ONLINE CONTENT?
Under My Account, you can access your purchases courses by clicking on My Courses. In each course, you will be able to watch videos and download the relevant online content. You are free to download the Excel models / PDF files for personal use. You may not download the videos. An active internet connection is required to view online videos.
Q: WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED ORDER OF COMPLETION OF THE SELF STUDY COURSES?
1) Financial Statement Analysis, 2) Corporate Valuation, 3) Excel Modeling, 4) Financial Modeling, 5) Merger Modeling or LBO Modeling.
Q: HOW DO I CANCEL OR REFUND MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed we cannot cancel or refund it. Please make sure that you are 100% confident in your purchase.
Q: WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Immediately once you place the order online.
Q: WHAT ARE THE TIMELINES AND COSTS FOR SHIPPING PHYSICAL BOOKS?
Orders for physical books are fulfilled twice a week (Tuesdays and Fridays). For example, if your order was placed on a Saturday, your order would be processed and shipped the following Tuesday. If your order was placed Tuesday evening, it would be processed and shipped on the following Friday.
- Estimated transit time is 1-4 business days for all shipments once they have been fulfilled (see above for schedule).
- Flat shipping rates for any quantity. Shipping to U.S. and Canada locations is $9 USD. Shipping to locations outside of the U.S. and Canada is $29 USD.
- The recipient will receive a tracking email once the order has been shipped.
TECHNICAL
Q: DO I NEED PASSWORDS FOR THE EXCEL FILES?
No. When you download the Excel files, we ask that you first choose 'Read Only' to access/review the information; a password won’t be necessary. Then, you may choose 'Save As' to save the information on your hard drive. Once it is saved on your hard drive, you can edit as you see fit. This is so there will always be an original copy that you can refer back to if something were to happen to the edited copy.
Q: I AM HAVING PROBLEMS VIEWING THE VIDEOS-ON-DEMAND.

We use Vimeo as our video player on this site. We find that some customers based in another country may find issues running Vimeo. You are also only able to view videos on one device at a time. If you are logged into your account on another device, please log out from that device. Also, if using a work device, your company may have Vimeo blocked.
